What Windy City Pros is

A free guide to checking and hiring a contractor in Chicago, built from public City and State records. We don’t list, recommend or sell contractors, and we take no payment from them.

The information

The guides summarize official rules and link to the source for each. Rules change, so check the linked page before you rely on it. Counts and costs come from City records as they stood on the date shown.
